OPPORTUNITY:
This is an opportunity at a growing research, strategy, marketing, and advertising agency.
Thisposition will be done in close coordination with and an integral part of the Client Services team,ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements, schedules, and budgets.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Supports the Account Director in all aspects of client delivery Acts as a point of contact with assigned contacts Assists as needed with all OBI clients in coordination with the Client Services Team.
Some elements of account support include:
Acting as the secondary point of contact with the client.
Following up with the internal team on tasks and timelines in the project management system Creating purchase orders, insertion orders, and broadcast orders as necessary Planning and directs client events Accomplishing research to support the account lead on scopes of work.
Pulling project status and project financial reports in the project management system Conducts research necessary to understand clients industries, products, and services.
Communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively in writing, conversation and presentation formats to internal team members and clients Articulates data, activities and marketing speak in a form clients and internal team members can understand Seeks advice and input from Account Managers, Account Directors as appropriate prior to presenting solutions to the Vice-President of Client Services Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing and or agency experience.
Meticulous attention to detail, organized and able to juggle multiple projects at a time Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in phone, email, messaging applications, video conferencing and in-person meetings.
Can adapt to changing requirements quickly and communicate efficiently and effectively Strong client relationship and management skills Responsible self-starter and strong team member Proficiency in all Microsoft Office including (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Project management software (Workamajig) and SharePoint is a plus PI6dbc285b72e1-26289-34062724 Recommended Skills Accounting Attention To Detail Broadcasting Creativity Curiosity Customer Service Apply to this job.
